According to the town's update, Miramar Estates, LLC submitted its project-eligibility application to MassHousing in August 2026. Duxbury received a copy on August 31, 2026.

MassHousing is handling this initial review, rather than the town. A favorable project-eligibility determination would allow the applicant to seek a comprehensive permit from Duxbury's Zoning Board of Appeals.

The town's page provides the Duxbury assessor's map, existing conditions, proposed site layout, affordable-unit locations, and drawings for certain four-bedroom homes.
